On March 12, Million Software Sdn Bhd is among the fifty-five companies identified by the Royal Customs Department to be suppliers of goods and service tax (GST) compliant software vendors for Malaysia’s SMEs.
Business owners that purchases GST compliant software: Million Accounting System version 3 will be entitled to a subsidy from SME Corp. However, the amount of subsidy provided has not been decided and will be announced at a later stage.
The six percent GST will be implemented on April 1 next year but business owners are encouraged to start preparing to be GST ready from May 1 as registration opens.
Million Software range of products include Million Accounting, Stock Control, Payroll and Client Account. Million Client’s account being the latest addition to their product line is developed for Malaysia’s Legal firms to manage client’s fund.
